Co-op Live Announces Deal to Create Unique ‘Living’ Floor Plans with CoreSpec 3D

Manchester, UK, 1 September 2025: Co-op Live, the largest live entertainment arena in the UK, is taking its operational capability to never-before-seen levels by becoming the first arena to adopt 3D living building plans using CoreSpec 3D® technology.

The technology, from leading US AI development company Boom Interactive Inc, utilises image recognition AI technologies and simple 3D modeling features that enable teams to create accurate interactive 3D models of any space almost instantly, providing fully interactive floorplans that replace static blueprints.

This partnership provides Co-op Live’s teams with real-time access to living 3D floor plans across all devices, dramatically improving communication, planning, and execution for every project phase—from design and bidding to production, installation, security, and maintenance.

This means that the Co-op Live team will be able to reconfigure their internal plans in real time from event to event, maximising guest safety and allowing teams to operate

more seamlessly to deliver guest experiences. The deal marks a further boost for the 23,500-capacity venue, as its use and content continues to evolve.

Core Spec 3D® gives teams within Co-op Live the ability to easily and quickly enjoy:

● Cross-Team Collaboration: Enhances communication across design, event management, production, and construction teams.

● Security Optimisation: Supports on-site and guest security planning with precise, interactive layouts.

dining, exclusive clubs, and incredible viewing experiences. It deserves a software platform that matches that same level of excellence.

This partnership marks a breakthrough in how complex venues operate. Our CoreSpec 3D® digital twin platform empowers every team member – from designers and event managers to security staff – to instantly access and interact with a 3D living floor plan from any device. By breaking down silos and enabling real-time collaboration, we’re not just improving operations, we’re shaping the future of how the built world is designed and managed.”

Guy Dunstan, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Co-op Live, said:

“This innovative partnership with Boom Interactive adds further and considerable weight to our production and operations.
