Co-op Live sponsors The Neighbourhood Festival in Manchester City Centre
Neighbourhood Festival, Manchester’s premier multi-venue festival returns Saturday 17 October and we're excited to be a sponsor this year, working with the festival to support grassroots venues and emerging talent.
Cementing its reputation as a destination for music discovery, the festival takes over some of Manchester’s most iconic venues across the Oxford Road corridor, transforming the city centre into a sprawling celebration of independent live music.
Merseyside alternative rock band Red Rum Club and alt-rock band KEO headline the multi-venue festival in October. Joining them are meteoric four-piece Florence Road, bringing their high-intensity live show back to the city.
An exciting list of emerging artists are also set to perform across Manchester’s most-loved venues in October. These include The Guest List, who formed in Manchester and have quickly made a name for themselves in the local music scene, Alex Spencer, who performed at Co-op Live as part of Young Voices and will be supporting The Reytons on their upcoming show here.
In addition to local talent, Neighbourhood Festival continues to provide a platform for rising stars from across the country and further, with Scotland’s Brogeal and Ireland’s Brooki and Girl in the Year Above performing. They're joined by a host more rising new acts including Cherryholt, The Kairos, Blossom Caldarone, Esmeralda Road, Heidi Curtis, M60, Basht, The Covasettes, Father of Peace and many more.
