Ordering ahead means you can avoid queues on the night, while Click & Collect lets you pick up your order when you arrive at the venue. Or if you don't want to carry it, we also offer home delivery on selected merchandise, so you can relive the memories long after the show has finished.

Ordering
What time does the online merch shop open?
The online merch shop will usually open when the first merchandise stand opens on the day of the event. Opening times may vary for some shows and will be confirmed within the shop and event communications.
How do I order merchandise online?
Visit the online merch shop on the day of the event. This is accessed via the Co-op Live App by selecting Order Merch through My Tickets. Merchandise will be available for your specific event, subject to availability.
Browse the available merchandise, complete your purchase and you'll receive an email confirmation.
Do I need to have a ticket to order merchandise?
Yes. The online merch shop is available only to customers attending the event.
Is there a limit on what I can order?
Subject to availability, there is no limit on the amount or number of items you can order.
What happens if an item sells out after purchase?
Orders are subject to availability. Once your order is placed successfully, your item will be reserved for collection or dispatch in line with the Terms & Conditions.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Please contact enquires.manchester@nationalmerchandise.co.uk for any enquiries regarding orders that have been placed. Alternatively, if you are collecting your order at the venue, speak with a member of the team at your collection point to discuss. Changes cannot always be guaranteed.
Click & Collect
How does Click & Collect work?
If you've selected Click & Collect, collect your order from the designated collection point during the advertised collection window.
You'll need your email confirmation and order number when collecting your order.
Where can I collect my order?
The collection point will usually be Block 110, Level 1. Collection locations may vary by event and will be shown during checkout and in your confirmation email.
What time can I collect my order?
Collection times vary by event. As a guide, orders are expected to be available from approximately one hour after you place your order. Your confirmation email will provide details.
What do I need to collect my order?
Email confirmation and order number are required for collection.
If a friend or companion is collecting on your behalf, they will also need to show your email confirmation and order number at the collection point.
What happens if I don't collect my Click & Collect order?
If you have not collected your order before you leave the venue, it will be refunded in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. It will not be possible to collect your order after you leave the venue.
What happens if the collection point closes before I arrive?
The closing time for collection will be stated in your confirmation email. If you miss the collection window, it will not be possible to collect your order after you leave the venue. Your order will be refunded in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
Home Delivery
Can I have my order delivered instead of collecting it?
Yes, for selected shows and merchandise items in the UK. Simply choose the delivery option at checkout where available.
How much does Home Delivery cost?
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long does Home Delivery take?
Home delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and may take up to 14 days to arrive.

Do you offer international delivery?
No. International delivery is not available.
What happens if I don't receive my merchandise?
If you have not received your order, please contact enquires.manchester@nationalmerchandise.co.uk and the team will assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my merchandise?
For Home Delivery, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the Terms & Conditions.
For Click & Collect orders, or any merchandise purchased at a merchandise stand, returns after the event can only be accepted if there is a manufacturing fault. Please check you are happy with your purchase before you leave the venue.

I ordered the incorrect size. Can I swap it?
Please speak to staff at the collection point before leaving the venue where possible, or contact enquires.manchester@nationalmerchandise.co.uk for assistance.
Please note, it may not always be possible to exchange sizes after the event.
Can merchandise purchased online be exchanged at a merchandise stand on the night?
For any enquiries regarding exchanges from your Click & Collect order, please contact enquires.manchester@nationalmerchandise.co.uk and the team will assist you.
Alternatively, if your collection point is still open, a member of the Merchandise team will be available to assist.

All our merchandise stands have lowered counters to support customers with accessibility requirements. If you require support collecting your order, please speak with a member of the Co-op Live team for assistance.
