Why use Click & Collect?
For Level 0 fans only, click & collect makes it easier and quicker to grab food or drinks without missing the show. You can skip the queues during busy moments, order from anywhere in the arena using the Co-op Live App, collect quickly from the dedicated Click & Collect point at Base Bar, and spend more time enjoying the show.
What’s available to order?
You can pre-order a selection of drinks available at Base Bar through the Co-op Live App. Availability may vary by event and demand, and the full menu available for your event will be shown in the app when ordering opens.
Where is Base Bar?
Base Bar is located in Vertu Place on Level 0, within Co-op Live. Once your order is placed, the app will confirm the exact collection point and provide directions if needed.
Can I order if I’m seated on levels 1, 2 or 3?
No. Base Bar Click & Collect is only available to guests with Level 0 tickets. For example, if your seat is in Block 107 or another upper-level block, you won’t be able to use this service as Base Bar is located on Level 0.
What’s the process?
Open the Co-op Live App, select Base Bar Click & Collect, choose drinks, and pay securely through the app. You’ll then receive a notification when your order is ready, head to Base Bar, and collect it from the dedicated Click & Collect point — skipping the queue.
When can I pre-order until?
Pre-ordering is available up until a set time before the event, depending on demand and availability. The app will display the cut-off time for each event, and ordering may close earlier if items sell out.
When will my order be ready?
Your order will usually be ready within approximately 5 minutes. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a collection notification in the app, and your order will be held for up to 20 minutes for collection.
What happens if I don’t collect my order?
Orders must be collected within the time window shown in the app. If an order is not collected within this time, it may be disposed of for safety and quality reasons, and refunds may not be available in line with venue terms and conditions.
What alcohol rules apply to Click & Collect?
Challenge 25 applies at collection. There is a maximum of four alcoholic drinks per order, guests must be present at collection if ID verification is requested, and staff retain the right to refuse service if valid ID cannot be provided.
How do I pay?
All Click & Collect orders are paid for in the Co-op Live App at the point of purchase. Available payment methods will be shown during checkout.
What if there’s a problem with my order or I need a refund?
If there is an issue with your order, please speak to Fan Support or a member of staff at Base Bar. Refunds may be considered in cases such as unavailable products, technical or app errors, or refusal to serve following ID verification. Fan Support may direct refund or QR-related queries to Retail Managers where required.
Do I need the Co-op Live App to use Click & Collect?
Yes. Base Bar Click & Collect is available through the Co-op Live App. Download the app before you arrive to place and manage your orders easily.
