Lockers FAQs

How can I book and access a locker?

Lockers can only be booked through the Co-op Live App. Once purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your locker access link. This can be used to open and close your locker during your booking period.

How much are lockers?

Lockers can only be booked through the Co-op Live App. Prices vary depending on the event and availability, but range from £6 - £8.

Can I pre-book my locker before I arrive?

Yes. Lockers can be booked on the day of the event via the Co-op Live App, subject to availability.

What size lockers are available?

All lockers are one standard size and are suitable for coats, A4-sized bags, merchandise, and small personal items.

How long can I use a locker for?

Your locker is available for the duration of the event or until the venue closes, whichever comes first. Please make sure you collect your belongings before the venue closes.

Can I open my locker more than once?

Yes. You can open and close your locker multiple times during your booking period using the access link provided in your confirmation email.

Can I open my locker remotely?

Yes. Your locker can be opened at any time from any location using the access link in your confirmation email. Please keep this link secure. Co-op Live is not responsible if a locker is opened while you are not present or for any resulting loss.

What happens if I share my access link?

Your locker access link should be treated like a ticket. If it is shared or accessed by someone else, they will be able to open the locker. Co-op Live is not responsible for any loss resulting from shared or misused access details.

What if my phone battery dies or I lose access to my email?

It’s your responsibility to keep your phone charged and your access details available. If you experience an issue, please speak to a member of staff, who may be able to assist, but access cannot be guaranteed without valid booking details.

Are lockers available for everyone?

No. Lockers are currently available for standing and floor seated guests only.

Are my items safe in the lockers?

Lockers are smart, secure, and monitored. However, items are stored at your own risk. Co-op Live and the locker operator are not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

Can Co-op Live or staff access my locker?

Yes — authorised staff may access lockers if required for safety, security, or operational reasons.

What can I store in my locker?

You can store personal items such as coats, A4-sized bags, merchandise, and small personal effects.

What can’t I store in my locker?

Large bags (including backpacks and luggage), food and drink, professional cameras, hazardous items, or anything illegal must not be stored. Only one small bag (A4 size or smaller) is permitted inside the venue.

Are lockers refundable?

No. All locker bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

When do I need to collect my items?

Please collect your belongings before the venue closes. Lockers must be emptied by the end of the event.

What happens if I leave my items behind?

If items are left behind, they may be removed and processed through our lost property system. To enquire about lost items, please complete the lost property form. You’ll need valid ID and proof of booking.
