Premium Ticketing

How do I access my tickets?

 Your tickets can be accessed and managed via the Ticketmaster Account Manager online portal. On the day of event, the ticket will be available in the Co-op Live app.

 AMP20 Member Show Allocations

 Please note AMP20 Members have 72 hours from receiving the email to claim their tickets. Information on how to opt in will be noted on the event announcement comms. Once opted in, you'll be contacted when tickets can be accessed via the Ticketmaster Account Manager online portal.

 How do I transfer my ticket to others?

 Premium Members can transfer tickets to others by using the 'Transfer Tickets' option on Account Manager.

 Where can I see what shows I have booked?

 You will be able to see what shows you have booked in the calendar on the 'My Events' tab on Account Manager.

 Can I get additional premiums tickets to shows?

Yes, Premium Members can request additional tickets by selecting Request Tickets on Account Manager. Please note, that additional tickets are not guaranteed as part of your membership but we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Access

 Is there a dress code at Co-op Live?

 There is no dress code at Co-op Live. We reserve the right to refuse entry for attire deemed offensive.

Where are accessible platforms and seating located?

Wheelchair accessible platforms and seating are available on every level throughout the venue to ensure variety and choice for all our fans.

All accessible seating (including wheelchair access platforms) may vary depending on the show layout.

- Level 0

Entrance B is a dedicated accessible entrance with direct access onto the step-free Level 0 wheelchair accessible platform.

Note that access to floor seated tickets is not step-free. Access to the event floor requires 4 steps.

Seats in floor blocks D1 and D2 are then accessed via 3 steps, followed by 2 steps per row.

- Level 01

Step-free wheelchair access platforms are located on row 24 on blocks 102,103,104,105, 106,107,108,109,110,111,112,113 and 114.

Ambulant seating is also available on row 24, and will require 2 steps to access.

Visual impairment, hearing impairment and non-step free access seating (including some ambulant seating) are available throughout the venue clearly marked on Ticketmaster when booking tickets.

- Level 03

Our designated accessible platforms on Level 03 are currently unavailable. If you require step-free access, please contact the access team in advance prior to booking tickets on Level 03.

All blocks within level 3 do have handrails. Please note the handrails are not continuous, and there are 3 steps per row.

How do I move around inside Co-op Live if I have additional accessibility requirements? 

All concourse levels within the venue can be accessed step-free. Four publicly accessible lifts will transport fans to all levels.

Venue and safety staff are available to guide and support where necessary.

What happens in an emergency if I have additional accessibility requirements? 

Our emergency systems include both visual and audible warnings. Assistance will be provided and where necessary fans will be guided to a safe space or refuge for evacuation, including the use of evacuation lifts. Evacuation routes are signed throughout the venue. 

Accessible toilet facilities

Accessible toilets are located throughout the venue. The venue has accessible toilets on

Level 00, Level 01, Level 02 and Level 03. These are marked on maps both inside the venue and on the Co-op Live app.

Accessible toilets are accessed via a Radar Key. If you require assistance accessing the toilets please speak to a member of staff on the night of the event.

The venue also has gender-neutral toilets available located on level 00, level 02 and level 03. These are marked on the maps both inside the venue and on the Co-op Live app.

What items are not allowed into Co-op Live?  

If you’re coming into Co-op Live, you agree to a personal search and an item search. We can remove dangerous items and anything that’s not allowed in the venue. These include:

Food, glass, bottles, cans, plastic bottle tops, alcohol, large umbrellas, lighters, disposable vapes, professional cameras, and recording equipment.  

Please note that although cigarettes and non-disposable vapes are permitted in the venue, they cannot be used.

Other items that are prohibited include:   

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, flagpoles, large umbrellas or any other item which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to any event or to other visitors (regardless of whether such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes); religious symbols of faith, where certain conditions for entry (policy available on request and/or as otherwise determined within our discretion), are not met.

We also do not permit Laptops, iPads or Go Pro's (or any similar device) into the venue. 

If you need to bring items otherwise banned for medical reasons, please contact us in advance.

Assistance dogs are the only animals allowed in the venue. 

Foldable walking sticks are allowed into the venue, however, are not permitted to be used on the standing floor.

Food and Beverage

 How do I book a table/ order food?

 Food and beverage can be pre-ordered using Account Manager. This is also where you can make bookings for restaurants and private booths and tables. 

 Where can I see premium menus?

 Menus are available on Account Manager.

 Do I need to pre-order food?

 No, it is not mandatory to pre-order food - it can also be purchased on the day.

Entrance

 What time can Premium Members access Co-op Live from?

 You may access Co-op Live 30 minutes prior to General Admission of the event. For stage times, please check the Co-op Live website.

 Where is the Premium entrance?

 Premium guests should access Co-op Live through Entrance A. If you are a member of the Bentley Record Room, you can access this area through Entrance E.

Parking

 Is parking included/ how do I book parking?

If parking is included in your package, this can be booked and managed in Account Manager. If parking is not included in your package, official parking must be booked in advance online, subject to availability. 

The location of available car parks and the number of available spaces will depend on the event and other concurrent activities taking place on the Etihad Campus. Please note that depending on event, parking may be made available any time leading up to the show date. We will inform all ticket holders via e-mail once parking is available. Parking will be available on a first-come-first-served basis

 Where is Premium parking?

If Premium parking is included in your package, you may park in Off Street parking, opposite Entrance A. Off Street Parking is the name of our official car parks brought to you by Bristol Street Motors, next to the arena on Eithad Campus. You may know this as blue car park (M11 4DW). Parking will be open 3 hours before door time.

Getting here by Taxi

Hackney Carriages will be available from Rowsley Street, to the west of the Etihad Campus, highlighted in red below.

For private hire, designated drop-off and pick-up points are located across the Etihad Campus, dependent on specific events.

How do I find out who is playing at Co-op Live?

Artists and events taking place at Co-op Live will be announced as and when confirmed, and not necessarily in order of appearance. You can view our events page to view all upcoming confirmed events. Register to be the first to know when we announce new events and keep a close eye on our social channels and official website.

Will my favourite artist be playing at Co-op Live? 

We are working with event promoters and organisers across the country to bring the best artists to Co-op Live. We cannot guarantee the appearance of any specific artists, but with over 120 events planned for our first year and more beyond, do register for more information. Keep a close eye on our social channels and official website too. 

When do tickets go on sale? 

We’ll be giving you all the information you need for each individual event on our official website. Our social channels will also let you know when events are going on sale. 

Co-op Members get first in line access to tickets. Existing members can access tickets through the Co-op app, separate to the Co-op Live app. To find out more about Co-op membership, visit their website.
