Co-op Live Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Eastlands Arena Limited has agreed to offer vouchers to attendees of certain Events being held at Co-op Live, Manchester. The Vouchers are an exclusive benefit and can only be redeemed against specific items at Co-op Live on the date of issuance. Vouchers cannot be redeemed: (i) against any Excluded Items (as defined below); (ii) on any other date to the date of issue; (iii) at any other Event; or (iv) any location other than Co-op Live.
2. The following items are Excluded Items for the purpose of the Voucher: (i) Bottles; and (ii) double pints.
3. Vouchers are limited to one per person per Event and must be surrendered when ordering. Vouchers are personal to the holder and cannot be resold or traded with other Event attendees. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for more than one item per person at designated tills and/or redemption areas. Unused Vouchers will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the Event.
4. Vouchers are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or replaced after the Event.
5. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
6. The issuance of Vouchers is discretionary and Eastlands Arena Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the use of the Vouchers or refuse to redeem a Voucher at any time in its absolute discretion.
7. Any fraudulent use, misuse or abuse of the Voucher or use of the Voucher not in accordance with these terms will result in withdrawal of the Voucher and/or scheme.
8. If you have any questions about the Vouchers, or if you have any food intolerances or allergies, please ask a member of staff before redeeming.
9. Please always drink responsibly. Vouchers can only be redeemed against alcohol for those aged 18 and you may be required to provide ID to purchase alcohol. Co-op Live operates a strict Challenge25 policy and may refuse to serve alcohol in its absolute discretion.
10. Eastlands Arena Limited may vary or replace these Voucher T&Cs from time to time.
