Co-op Live Fan Feedback Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
This promotion is being run by Eastlands Arena Limited (the “Promoter” or “We”) registered under number 13159367, with registered address at 1 Sportcity Way, Etihad Campus, M11 3DL.
By entering this Prize Draw, the entrant confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. The Prize Draw
1.1. The Co-op Live Fan Feedback Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the date of entry who have attended an event at Co-op Live and received a feedback survey (“Survey”).
1.2. The Prize Draw is not open for any employees of the Promoter or their immediate family or members of their household, agents or any third party professionally associated with the Prize Draw. Proof of identity, address and age may be required.
1.3. Entry to the Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 January 2027 (“Promotion Period”).
1.4. To enter the Prize Draw, the entrant must complete and submit the Survey and answer the questions ‘Who is your favourite artist?’ within the Promotion Period.
1.5. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, incorrect, ineligible, delayed or not received by the end of the Promotion Period for any reason.
1.6. There is only one entry permitted per person in each Promotion Period. The winner will be selected at random by computer process or by an independent person from all valid entries.
2. The Prize
2.1. There will be one winner per Prize Draw. The winner will win two (2) tickets to an upcoming event at Co-op Live within 12 months of the end of the Promotion Period. The tickets will be chosen by the Promoter at its sole discretion, always subject to availability. Tickets do not include travel, accommodation or any additional expense.
2.2. The winner will be selected on 1 February 2027, and they will be contacted by 23:59 on 3 February 2027 via the email address they have provided in the Survey.
2.3. The winner will have 7 days from the date of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, declines the prize or fails eligibility checks, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a different winner, chosen in the same way.
2.4. Entry to the venue and use of the tickets are subject to Co-op Live Venue Access and Ticketing T&Cs (available at Terms and Conditions | Co-op Live ). The winner will be responsible for their guest and shall ensure that the guest complies with the Venue Access and Ticketing T&Cs.
2.5. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under no circumstances can the prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.
2.6. The prize will be delivered by way of ticket transfer to the winner’s Ticketmaster account.
3. Personal Data
3.1. When participating in the promotion, entrants acknowledge that their name, e-mail address and date of birth will be made available to the Promoter for the purposes of administering and managing the Prize Draw. We will use the details you give us to run the Prize Draw and contact the winner. Your survey answers will be used to improve our venue and events. We handle all personal data in line with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.cooplive.com/pQOAbtP/privacy-policy) and we will not send you marketing unless you have opted in or we are lawfully permitted to do so.
3.2. We may publish or make available the winner’s name. If you win and object, please contact dpo@cooplive.com . We may still share these detailed with the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
4. General
4.1. Nothing in these terms limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any losses, damage, or disappointment suffered by any person in connection with the Prize Draw or the prize, including in respect of receipt and use (and/or misuse) of any prize, or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control, except where caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence.
4.2. The Promoter shall not be held responsible if the event does not go ahead or gets rescheduled. If the event is rescheduled, the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date (subject to the ticket terms). If it is cancelled, we will offer you tickets to another event of similar value, subject to availability.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend, or withdraw this Prize Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any entrant.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or attempts to submit multiple entries, fake details, automated entries, fraudulent entries, fails to fully complete the survey or otherwise breaches these terms and/or Co-op Live Venue Access and Ticketing T&Cs.
4.5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
