Fully Plant-based Show

Co-op Live will commit to a fully plant-based food menu, in alignment with Billie Eilish's dedication to environmental action. This one-off initiative underscores both the artist’s and the venue’s shared mission to lead the future of sustainable live entertainment.

Across seven kitchens over three levels, you will be treated to a 100% plant-based menu featuring everything from the bespoke Billie Eilish Burrito and plant-based burgers to masala fries and vegan pizza.

How do I get to Co-op Live?

Co-op Live is located on the Etihad Campus in East Manchester and you can take multiple different modes of transport to the arena.

Getting here

How do I find my tickets?

The best way to access your tickets is in the Co-op Live app.

You can download the Co-op Live app on iOS App Store and on Google Play Store. Alternative, please click here to direct you instantly to the correct app store for your device. Please note, the Co-op Membership app is a seperate app and will not get you into the venue.

Please transfer your tickets to everyone in your party ahead of arriving, so that everyone can enter through security screening individually. Accessing your tickets prior to arrival will also ensure they are automatically saved to your device, and Wi-Fi or data will not be required at the venue. Don't forget to enable your notifications to get the latest information.

You can also access your ticket through the official Ticketmaster app.

Can I camp overnight?

No camping or overnight parking is allowed at the arena for those attending concerts. All those with tickets for each event are advised to arrive on the day of the event. Anybody who does arrive early will be asked to return on the day of their ticketed event.

If you arrive early and are considered as unsupervised children and your parents / guardians are unable to collect you, local police and social care will be notified.

The Etihad Campus will open from 09:00, when queuing can start at each entrance. Please refer to your ticket for the entrance information.

What time can I queue from?

For your own safety, we do not allow fans to arrive early to queue or camp outside overnight. We ask that fans arrive no earlier than 06:00 on the day of the event, and as close to the doors open time as possible for safety reasons. No overnight camping is allowed. We do not issue numbered wristbands for the purpose of reserving a space in the queue. You will be allowed into Co-op Live when the doors open. You will then enter in queue order.

Where is the pick up/drop off for the venue?

There are designated locations to be dropped off at and collected at the end of the event on Edwin Road, highlited in red below; please ensure you use these and share these locations with whoever you are collecting. You can see the location here.

What is the bag policy?

We don’t allow large bags into the venue for security reasons. You will be allowed to take small handbags in with you, as long as they are no larger than A4 in size. We have a one bag per person policy. Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags and large tote bags are not permitted inside the venue.

There will be limited bag storage on site, priced from £15. This facility is located in the Official Orange Car Park on the Etihad Campus. Highlighted in red below.

What is Co-op Live doing to keep me safe?

Your safety and security are at the forefront of everything we do. Our designated security team are on hand to ensure your visit to Co-op Live is as it should be. When visiting Co-op Live, please leave plenty of time to pass through our enhanced security checks and cooperate with our staff as they carry out important work to keep us all safe.

We have comprehensive procedures in place for every type of incident, meeting regularly and working extensively with local police and other authorities. We encourage anyone attending our events to report any suspicious activity to our security staff immediately. To understand more about how we are keeping you safe, visit our Safety Page.

What are the age restrictions?

On event days, young visitor writstbands are available from our Fan Services Information Point on Level 1 (opposite Block 112) and Level 3 (behind Block 323) allow easy identification of young people and vulnerable adults, in the event they are separated from their parent / guardian.

What facilities are available outside when I am in the queue?

Limited facilities are available at the venue prior to doors opening. Should you wish to arrive early, we ask that you prepare accordingly including bringing sufficient food and water, and wearing appropriate clothing for the weather conditions on the day. Toilets will be available on Campus outside Eithad Stadium, toilets are located opposite C tower. To ensure safe and effective running of the venue, Co-op Live cannot guarantee access to sheltered queuing.

What happens if my phone runs out of battery?

Please make sure your phone is fully charged before leaving home. There are a number of mobile phone charging points across the venue in Vertu Place on Level 0 and one on Level 1 on Canalside – please ask a steward to show you the closest one.

Can my child come unsupervised?

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, over the age of 18. Anybody under the age of 16 is not permitted in the standing area.

How can I know my children are safe?

Ensure children have a fully charged phone, including a charging cable. There will be charging points located across the arena.
Ask the children in your care to let you know they have got into the arena safely and to keep you updated of their location. If feasible, do consider asking them to share their location with you at regular intervals.

Ask those children in your care to let you know when they leave the arena, how they plan to travel home and the time they expect to arrive home. If travelling on public transport/taxi, advise them to let family know who they are travelling with and how.
Encourage the children in your care not to travel alone and to stay together for the duration of the event and on their journeys home. Advise them not to go off with people they do not know.
Tell the children in your care not to enter the car or other transport of someone they do not know or have not booked through a recognised organisation.
Ensure the young people in your care keep their money and personal items secure and on their person at all times. Remember bags cannot be any larger than A4 in size.

Ensure the children in your care know to ask stewards or staff members if they are unsure about anything. They are easily identifiable by their uniforms and lanyards. 

What do I do if I get separated from a child in my care?

We will be distributing young visitor wristbands to young children, young adults and any vulnerable adults for easy identification from our Fan Services Information Points on Levels 1 (opposite Block 112) and 3 (behind block 323). Please visit the Fan Services Information Points to collect your wristbands.

If you do become separated from young people in your care, please tell a steward or member of staff immediately.
