Please ensure that you have the app downloaded, are logged into your account and can see your tickets prior to arriving at the venue.

If you cannot see your tickets, or have booked through a third party ticketing agent, please contact your point of purchase, and follow their instructions on how to access tickets.

Why do I need the app?

If you have booked through Ticketmaster, your ticket to Co-op Live will be available through the Co-op Live app. The app will also support your in-venue experience, including detailed venue maps, information and updates.

Please check the following:

•            Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the venue app

•            Check that you are logging in using the same email address used to place the order

If tickets are still not appearing on the day of the event, don’t worry, we’re here to help. Please contact your point of purchase.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter the venue?

No. Your mobile ticket includes leading technology with fraud protection, so you won't be able to use screenshots or printouts.  We use SafeTix™, a new and unique barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds so it cannot be stolen or copied, keeping your tickets safe and secure.

My barcode does not display in my ticket in the Co-op Live app

If you can see your booking, but the barcode is not yet displayed, the tickets have not been released yet. This will be intentional. If it’s less than 5 days before the event date, please contact your point of purchase.

If you can't see your booking, please defer to your point of purchase.

What are SafeTix?

With Ticketmaster SafeTix™, your unique barcode gets you into the venue quickly, automatically refreshing every few seconds to eliminate fraud or theft.

We will be using unbranded, reusable cups onsite through the ONE Planet ONE Chance Reusable Cup System. Please return your cups to the specific return points so they can be washed and used again. You will be in with a chance to win great prizes every time you return a cup! We offer a bottle and baby food warming service for all parents who require it. Please visit the team in one of the food outlets who will be more than happy to help.

In most cases, you can use your phone to capture the action, but professional cameras, video recording or any other form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited. There may be some occasions when the artist or event organiser asks fans to lock away their phones too. In that case, we will always let you know in advance on the event page and in the run-up to the event.

We’re always here to help. If you have any questions or issues in the venue, please speak to one of our team at the Fan Information Points or around the venue. We’re often able to help in the moment and would strongly recommend you speak to somebody rather than raising the issue after the event. Although we love engaging with fans on social media, we can’t always deal with issues raised there at the right time.

Will there be any pyros, lasers and/or strobes at the event I'm attending?

Live shows often include special effects, including pyro, lasers and strobe lighting. Although we do our best to find out in advance, we can’t always let you know before the event if this is the case. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival if you are concerned about possible special effects or contact us in advance for more information where possible.

• To only go to the toilet on command in a designated area of the event.

• To sit or lie quietly next to their owner.

This request is to ensure we meet customers’ access requirements while ensuring we also fulfil our legal obligation to provide a safe environment for all customers.

Event staff will be available to look after your assistance dog to allow you to fully enjoy the show. Please let us know in advance by contacting us if you are bringing your assistance dog to the venue or if you have any questions.
