Be part of something big

As part of OVG, Co-op Live is dedicated to supporting and developing the best talent across our team, offering an inclusive working environment in-keeping with our vision to be the best live entertainment experience.

From casual workers to our senior leadership team, we are passionate about our people and culture. We proudly support the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter as a Real Living Wage employer.

We celebrate the diversity of both the city we love and the live entertainment community, ensuring the Co-op Live is for everyone, from our team to our talent and fans.

In partnership

We are proud to partner with leading organisations to create opportunities for everyone. We are delighted to be working alongside Careers Transition Partnership, Forces Friendly, Disability Committed, the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter, and as a Real Living Wage Employer.

For the planet

We are committed to giving back to the planet, supporting Manchester in becoming a carbon zero city by 2038. Our fully electric venue, complete with solar panels, rainwater collection, temperature controlling walls and more, is staffed by colleagues committed to the cause. We all play our part in making a difference, and promoting planet friendly vibes. Get involved and make a difference.

For our people

We focus on our people, offering a range of excellent benefits to our employees, and a dedication to a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace. Your wellbeing comes first, so we've put things in place to support our staff beyond the walls of our venue. We are also dedicated to creating opportunities for local residents and supporting underrepresented groups.
