Post-event Survey Terms & Conditions

1. The survey promotion is a monthly prize draw.

2. The ‘Promoter’ of the prize draw is Eastlands Arena Limited t/a Co-op Live, whose registered office is 1 Sportcity Way, Etihad Campus, Manchester, M11 3DL (registered in England and Wales under company number 13159367). 

3. Each prize draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 and over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Proof of identity, age, and/or address may be required.

4. The prize for each months’ prize draw is 4 x tickets to an applicable event in a premium area at Co-op Live and 1 x bottle of house champagne or unlimited soft drinks. Tickets are subject to availability and events available are at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize does not include travel or accommodation or additional expenses to attend the chosen event. All tickets are subject to the Promoter’s Venue Access and Ticketing terms and conditions (available on request and at https://www.cooplive.com/pQkPrI8/terms-and-conditions). By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with any and all applicable terms and conditions.

5. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right (but is under no obligation) to replace any prize with a substitute prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

6. Entries for each prize draw will open at 00:01 (GMT/BST) on the first calendar day of the month and close at 23:59 (GMT/BST) on the final calendar day of the month.

7. To be automatically entered into a prize draw, you must complete the Co-op Live Customer Survey in the month before the relevant draw takes place. 

8. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind or entries that are incomplete, ineligible, delayed, wrongly delivered or not received for any reason.

9. By completing and submitting the survey and sharing your email address, you agree to the Promoter using your details to enter you into the prize draw. By entering the prize draw, you agree that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.

10. There is a limit of one entry per person per month. You will only be eligible to win 1 x prize in any given month and a maximum of three (3) prizes over the course of a year.

11. Within 72 hours of the first working day of each month, the Promoter will draw the winner for the previous month (“Draw Date”). The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the previous month.

12. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email (using the email address provided when submitting their survey) within 7 days of the relevant Draw Date.

13. The winner must respond to the Promoter within 5 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the details provided to the Promoter in connection with the prize draw are complete and accurate. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the prize until proof of eligibility, address and/or identity requested by the Promoter has been confirmed or if such proof is not produced on request to disqualify the entrant from the relevant prize draw. 

14. Tickets will be shared digitally via the Co-op Live app up to 4 weeks before the winner’s chosen event. 

15. The winner of each prize draw agrees to take part in non-paid publicity relating to the prize draw if requested to do so by the Promoter including but not limited to: photo-shoots and interviews for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and the winner agrees to co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoter relating to any post-winning publicity..

16.The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner for a prize draw in the event that the Promoter reasonably believes that a selected winner has breached or is in breach of any of these terms, or the winner does not claim their prize within 5 days, or the winner is unable to be identified or verified, or the prize cannot be delivered to the selected winner. An alternative winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner of the prize draw.

17. Any decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

19. By entering a prize draw, entrants agree that their personal data will be held and used by the Promotor for the purposes of administering the prize draw and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.cooplive.com/pQOAbtP/privacy-policy. The Promoter may also collect and process personal information of entrants to verify age and identity in connection with the prize draw. Personal data may be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon its request.

20. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered in connection with a prize draw or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control. 

21. Each prize draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
