The Co-op Live Resident Prize Draw (the “Resident Prize Draw”) is quarterly promotion ran by Eastlands Arena Limited T/a Co-op Live (company number 13159367) of 55 New Bond Street, London, W1S 1DG (“Co-op Live”). By entering any Resident Prize Draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (“Prize Draw T&Cs”) together with any specific instructions and terms for the applicable Resident Prize Draw which may be mentioned on the relevant section of the website (the “Prize Draw Information”).

Who Can Enter

Each Resident Prize Draw is open to residents in the M11, M40 and M4 postcode of Manchester aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the applicable Resident Prize Draw. Proof of identity, address and age may be required. Employees of Co-op Live, its group companies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion and, in each case, any member of their respective immediate families, are not eligible to enter any Resident Prize Draw.

No purchase is necessary to enter any Resident Prize Draw.

By entering a Resident Prize Draw you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete.

How to Enter

The Resident Prize Draw will run on a quarterly basis.

Each quarter, Co-op Live will send an email to all eligible entrants on its database with a list of Events (as defined below) that the relevant Resident Prize Draw will include (which shall be those Events announced by Co-op Live in the preceding quarter).

To enter a Resident Prize Draw, applicants who satisfy the entry criteria must click the link within the email and complete and submit the online entry form before the expiry of the Entry Period (as defined below). Entrants will be asked to provide details including name, age, email address, residential address and preferred Event.

Entrants will have from the time and date that the email is sent until 23:59 on the date falling 7 days after the date on which the email was sent to submit their online entry form (the “Entry Period”). For example, where an email is sent at 14:00 on 29th May, entrants will have until 23:59 on 5th June to submit their entry form.

Any entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered for the Resident Prize Draw held in that quarter.

The Prize

Co-op Live will carry out a Resident Prize Draw for each publicly ticketed event held at the Arena which has been announced by Co-op Live in the preceding quarterly period (an “Event”). For the avoidance of doubt, this will not include any private events or any events for which tickets are contractually controlled by a person other than Co-op Live e.g. Olympics, music awards or similar.

Resident Prize Draw winners (the “Winner”) will receive two (2) tickets to an Event (the “Prize”).

There will be two Prizes for every Event.

Co-op Live reserves the right to offer an alternative or similar prize if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. No cash alternative will be offered.

The Winner is responsible for their own expenses incurred in connection with the Prize including travel and accommodation expenses.

The Prize may be transferred to friends or relatives living within the M11 and M40 postcodes, but the Winner will still be held responsible for any actions involving the use of the Prize by the transferee. If the transferee is under 18 years old, they must be accompanied at the Event by someone who is at least 18 years old.

The Prize cannot be offered for sale. Other than as permitted pursuant to these Prize Draw T&Cs and normal conditions of ticket entry, the Winner may not transfer the Prize to anybody.

Use of the Prize is subject to these Prize Draw T&Cs and Co-op Live’s Venue Access and Ticketing T&Cs (available upon request and at https://www.cooplive.com/pQkPrI8/terms-and-conditions). By accepting the Prize, the Winner (and any permitted transferee) agrees to comply with any and all applicable terms and conditions.

Selecting a Winner

Winners will be chosen at random by a random number selector from all entries received before expiry of the Entry Period for the specific Event and verified by Co-op Live.

If you are a Winner, you will be notified via email no later than 48 hours after expiry of the Entry Period.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, or is unable to comply with these Prize Draw T&Cs, Co-op Live reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

Prizes may, at Co-op Live’s sole discretion, be digitally delivered to addresses in the M11 and M40 postcodes or made available for collection at the Co-op Live Fan Services Office located at Co-op Live, 1 Sports City Way, Manchester, M11 3DL.

Co-op Live is not liable for delayed or non-delivery of Prizes for any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to loss or theft in transit, any failure by the Winner to accept delivery of a Prize for any reason or failure by the Winner to provide the correct information. If the Winner is required to collect tickets from the Co-op Live Fan Services Office, they will be notified of any specific collection arrangement.

Co-op Live reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the Prize until proof of eligibility, address and/or identity requested by Co-op Live has been confirmed or if such proof is not produced on request to disqualify the entrant from the relevant Resident Prize Draw.

The Winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the Prize as set out and in accordance with these Prize Draw T&Cs, in the event they are unable to do so then Co-op Live reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

Other Conditions for Entry

Only one entry is permitted per Resident Prize Draw per person.

Co-op Live may (acting at its sole discretion) verify the validity of entries, disqualify any entrant and invalidate or recover tickets issued to an entrant following breach of these Prize Draw T&Cs or if an entrant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Resident Prize Draw.

No responsibility can be accepted for (i) any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
