What is Virtual Venue?
Virtual Venue is an interactive 3D seat map that lets you preview the view from your seat before you buy tickets to events at Co-op Live. It helps you choose the right seats with confidence.
How do I use Virtual Venue?
1. Start by clicking on this virtual venue link
2. When the seat map loads, click on a section
3. If a 3D preview is available, a “View from seat” option will appear.
4. Click to see the stage view from that location.
5. Zoom, pan, or switch levels to explore the venue.
6. Compare different views if needed before choosing your seats.
7. Continue to checkout when you're ready.
How do I see the view from my seat?
Click on a section in the interactive seat map. If a 3D view is available, you’ll see a preview showing exactly what the stage looks like from that location.
Why can’t I see a 3D view for every seat?
Virtual Venue is available for most events and seating areas at Co-op Live, but not every seat may have a 3D preview. If a view isn’t available, you’ll still see your seat’s location on the map.
Can I zoom in or look at different levels?
Yes. You can zoom in to explore specific sections, switch between floors using the Layers button, and move around the venue map.
Can I compare different seat views?
Yes. Just click on other sections to preview and compare different sightlines before making your choice.
What if my show is a different layout or standing?
This is only illustrative for a standard seated show. Production can be different for every event, so it's always good to check the Ticketmaster seat map when you purchase your tickets.
