Getting to Co-op Live

We have some important information we want to let you know.

How do I find my tickets?

The best way to access your tickets is in the Co-op Live app.

You can download the Co-op Live app on iOS App Store and on Google Play Store. Alternative, please click here to direct you instantly to the correct app store for your device. Please note, the Co-op Membership app is a seperate app and will not get you into the venue.

Please transfer your tickets to everyone in your party ahead of arriving, so that everyone can enter through security screening individually. Accessing your tickets prior to arrival will also ensure they are automatically saved to your decide, and Wi-Fi or data will not be required at the venue. Don't forget to enable your notifications to get the latest information.

You can also access your ticket through the official Ticketmaster app.

 

Can I camp overnight?

No camping or overnight parking is allowed at the arena for those attending the Olivia Rodrigo concerts. All those with tickets for each event are advised to arrive on the day of the event. Anybody who does arrive early will be asked to return on the day of their ticketed event.  

If you arrive early and are considered as unsupervised children and your parents / guardians are unable to collect you, local police and social care will be notified.

The Etihad Campus will open from 9:00, when queing can start. Please refer to your ticket for the entrance information.

What time can I queue from?

You are able to queue on the Etihad Campus at your entrance gate from 9:00 on ther day of your event. No camping or overnight parking allowed. We will not be wristbanding early-comers. 

Are there any age restrictions?  

Anyone aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Anybody under the age of 16 is not permitted in the standing area. Please note that Co-op Live reserves the right to remove or re-seat, if possible, any child who appears to be under the age of 16 for safety purposes.  

Additional age restrictions may be placed by the event organiser for specific events, so please do check before purchasing a ticket.  

On event days, young visitor writstbands are available from our Fan Services Information Point on Level 1 (opposite Block 112) and Level 3 (behind Block 323) allow easy identification of young people and vulnerable adults, in the event they are separated from their parent / guardian.

 

Where is the pick up/drop off for the venue?

There are designated locations to be dropped off at and collected at the end of the event on Edwin Road, highlited in red below; please ensure you use these and share these locations with whoever you are collecting. You can see the location here.

Can my child come unsupervised?

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, over the age of 18. Anybody under the age of 16 is not permitted in the standing area.

What do I do if I get separated from children in my care?

We will be distributing young visitor wristbands to young children, young adults and any vulnerable adults for easy identification from our Fan Services Information Points on Levels 1 (opposite Block 112) and 3 (behind block 323). Please visit the Fan Services Information Points to collect your wristbands.

If you do become separated from young people in your care, please tell a steward or member of staff immediately.

How can I make sure my children are safe?

Ask the children in your care to let you know they have got into the arena safely and to keep you updated of their location.

If feasible, do consider asking them to share their location with you at regular intervals.

Ask those children in your care to let you know when they leave the arena, how they plan to travel home and the time they expect to arrive home.

Encourage the children in your care not to travel alone and to stay together for the duration of the event and on their journeys home. Advise them not to go off with people they do not know.

Tell the children in your care not to enter the car or other transport of someone they do not know or have not booked through a recognised organisation. 

Ensure the young people in your care keep their money and personal items secure and on their person at all times. Remember bags cannot be any larger than A4 in size.

Ensure the children in your care know to ask stewards or staff members if they are unsure about anything. They are easily identifiable by their uniforms and lanyards. 

What happens if my phone runs out of battery?

Please make sure your phone is fully charged before leaving home. There are a number of mobile phone charging points across the venue in the Street on Level 0 and one on Level 1 on Canalside – please ask a steward to show you the closest one.

Is there Wifi available?

Yes there is free wifi available inside the venue.

Can I bring gifts, signs or flags?

Flags, signs and banners without hardware are permitted. We ask that all guests be mindful of flag, sign and banner size so as not to interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the show. No signs or flags larger than 11″x17″. Flagpoles and sticks will not be permitted inside the venue, nor will flags, signs and banners with obscene or offensive language, logos, images or references.

Any gifts brought for the artist will be collected outside the main entrance and will be a direct donation to local charities and all cards will be immediately recycled.

 

Do you accept Cash payments in the venue? 

Co-op Live is a cashless venue. All payments must be made by contactless, card, we also accept Apple and Google Pay. 

What is the bag policy?

We don’t allow large bags into the venue for security reasons. You will be allowed to take small handbags in with you, as long as they are no larger than A4 in size. We have a one bag per person policy. Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags and large tote bags are not permitted inside the venue.

There will be limited bag storage on site, priced from £15. This facility is located in the Offical Orange Car Park on the Etihad Campus. Highlighted in red below.

Where can I buy merchandise?

Olivia Rodrigo GUTS world tour merchandise will be available to purchase before the gig on both Friday and Saturday on campus, located outside Entrance F.

Inside the venue there are merchandise stalls on every level.

This is a cashless arena. Credit Cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay accepted.

We want to make sure you have everything you need before your event as there are multiple events taking place on the Etihad Campus on Saturday 4 May.

To minimise the impact on fans, we have been working closely with local organisations including Manchester City Football Club, Transport for Greater Manchester and Greater Manchester Police.

As well as a vibrant atmosphere, this does mean there will be added footfall across the Campus, and increased demand on local roads and the public transport infrastructure. While we’re making sure everyone is safe and happy, please do plan your travel in advance, and give yourself enough time to get to the event.

Manchester City Vs Wolves - Kick off at 5.30pm and it is expected to finish by 7.30pm.
Olivia Rodrigo - Doors open at 6pm and the event is expected to finish at around 10:15pm

We kindly request that you arrive after 6pm and aim to be in the venue by 7pm, you can plan your journey here.

Friday 3 May - Extra train service to Liverpool Lime Street

TransPennine Express (TPE) will run an extra late-night service for customers travelling home from pop star Olivia Rodrigo’s concert at Manchester's brand-new Co-op Live Arena – meaning fans can leave their driver’s licence at home. 

The extra service will depart from Manchester Victoria at 12.36am on Saturday 4 May after the good 4 u singer’s Friday night gig. It will then call at Newton-Le-Willows and Lea Green before arriving at Liverpool Lime Street.

Concert ticket holders will also be able to use Metrolink tram services to travel to and from the venue into the city centre, free of charge.
